Progressive Design-Build | Garney Construction

The Honey Creek Pump Station, Force Main, and Gravity Sewer Improvements project was identified as a project under the $1.3 billion Capital Improvements Program (CIP).  Garney and their design partner were contracted to design and build a new pump station, force main, and gravity sewer for DeKalb County using the progressive design-build delivery method.
