Construction Management at-Risk | Archer Western (The Walsh Group) and Arcadis

The existing CAP Water Treatment Plant provided capacity for 50 mgd of potable water for the northern region of Scottsdale and had been expanded in several phases since the early 1980s. Construction of the new 20 mgd expansion was completed in four design "packages" through cooperative design and construction efforts by Archer Western and Arcadis.
