The WCDA is excited to be working in collaboration with the WEF CIP Planning & Delivery Focus Group to deliver a full-day workshop at WEFTEC 2024 on Sunday, Oct. 6, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, titled “Fundamentals of Collaborative Delivery."

New Legal & Contracts Committee at WCDA
The WCDA recently created a new committee that will focus on developing educational material on contract best practices and serve as a liaison to other associations such as EJCDC and DBIA to provide feedback on contract template updates. This committee will have its first in-person meeting at the Q3 WCDA meeting in September and is eager for members to join and bring your friends and colleagues (especially in-house counsel)—anyone who wants to be a part of shaping the legal process for collaborative delivery throughout the water sector.
