Meet the 2026 WCDA Board of Directors

We are very proud to introduce you to the 2026 WCDA Board of Directors! This team hit the ground running at our business planning meeting hosted by HDR last week in Phoenix, and their ambitious goals and enthusiasm for WCDA are truly inspiring.

The 2026 officers are President Guy Voss (HDR), First VP/Treasurer Ernie Maschner (AECOM), Second VP/Secretary Scott Phillips (Garney), and Immediate Past President Tom Visosky (CDM Smith).
