2025 was a year of transition and growth. Some of the highlights include the following:
- ADVOCACY Committee focused on legislative efforts in CA and TX.
- BEST PRACTICES Committee produced an updated Fixed-Price Design-Build Procurement Guide.
- COMMUNICATIONS Committee focused on improving member engagement.
- CONTRACTS Committee expanded its membership and partnerships.
- EDUCATION Committee reached nearly 2,000 people through education sessions, with over 50% of those being owners.
- RESEARCH Committee produced "Collaborative Delivery of Water and Wastewater Projects:
Mastering Risk Discipline."
- We welcomed new Executive Director Barb Martin.
