Boris Veleusic, PE Senior Manager Joining WCDA as the advisor representative for Michels is Boris Veleusic. Boris is a senior manager at Michels, focusing on business development, preconstruction, and collaborative delivery. Boris’s experience includes work on heavy civil, transportation, and water projects throughout the US over his 22-year career in engineering and construction. He has extensive knowledge of collaborative delivery models including design-build, progressive design-build, CMGC, and P3. Boris has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
