New WCDA Board of Directors Starts 2023 with Leadership Retreat
Led by WCDA President Marlea Tichy (Kiewit), the new BOD met in Denver (some virtually) last week for an inaugural leadership retreat. With an eye toward association goals for 2023 and beyond, the board and staff were energized by the enthusiasm that everyone brought to the table.

Leofwin Clark Joins WCDA Staff
The Water Collaborative Delivery Association is pleased to announce the addition of Leofwin Clark to its staff as assistant director/education director. A long-time member and former president of the WCDA, Leofwin brings over 30 years of experience in infrastructure advisory services, business development, and sales in the water and transportation sectors. Leofwin led the development of WCDA's education curriculum and regularly conducts workshops on collaborative delivery for WCDA.
