The WCDA is excited to be working in collaboration with the WEF CIP Planning & Delivery Focus Group to deliver a full-day workshop at WEFTEC 2024 on Sunday, Oct. 6, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, titled “Fundamentals of Collaborative Delivery." WCDA staff including Mark Alpert and Leofwin Clark, along with other industry experts, will present case studies and instruct on how to prepare for collaborative delivery projects and utilize best practices.
